Consultation is defined as a collaborative problem-solving process in which two or more persons, engage in efforts to benefit the one seeking help & their beneficiaries. Consulting can include a variety of activities from advice giving, exchanging of ideas, to services provided on a short-term basis to enhance what you already are doing or to revise what hasn’t been working.
With more than 20+ years of experience, you can trust that Mrs. Ross-Williams has the knowledge and expertise in the areas of mental health and substance abuse. If you need help with developing your program or just need a second opinion about your strategic plan or help putting it together, consultation services can be provided either by the hour, by the project or on an “as needed” basis.
PROGRAM EVALUATION
There are several different types of program evaluations, the following is a list of what can be provided:
Needs Assessment - An evaluation that takes in consideration the unmet needs and makes recommendations for new services or programs to meet the needs of the individuals to be served.
Outcomes Assessment - An evaluation that helps you determine if the program objectives set were met and makes recommendation
Process Monitoring - An evaluation that consists of one of the above evaluations in which recommendations were made for additional services or changes to an existing program and includes implementation and on ongoing monitoring services.
STAFF TRAINING
